Day 1: Arrival in Switzerland
On arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by the friendly representative. We shall then proceed to Brussels, the capital of the European Union or the Mini Europe. On arrival, we visit the world renowned Grand Place- famous for its decorative and aesthetic wealth across the world. The Grand-Place is bounded by the guild houses, the City Hall and the Maison du Roi. Walk pass by the legendary Mannekin Pis statue. Drive past St. Michael Church.
Later we will continue the drive towards the overnight stop. In the evening, a hot Indian dinner awaits you at an Indian restaurant. Upon arrival proceed to your hotel and check-in first to spend overnight in the comfort of your cozy bed.
Have scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and set out, sit back and relax in your coach as we drive to the Black Forest which is surrounded by dark fir forests, fairy tale woods, and flowering pastures. It is also the home of the world-famous cuckoo clock. You can buy one for your home. Continuing your drive, you shall pass through small peaceful villages before crossing the Swiss border. Next, proceed to Switzerland, en route visits the Rhine Falls the largest waterfalls in Europe and enjoy a romantic cruise on the River Rhine. This evening, treat your taste buds with hot Indian dinner at a restaurant. Spend overnight in Switzerland.
Today after the breakfast set for a day filled with fun and excitement as you visit Mt. Titlis- famous for its beautiful scenery. Enjoy an adventurous ride up in a sensational cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. It is the world first revolving cable car ride which will truly over you a once-in-a-lifetime experience Have a spellbound experience as you ascend through the snow-clad Swiss Alps. Experience the magnificent panorama from the height of 3020 meters amidst snow and ice on top of Mt. Titlis.
If the weather permits at the Terrace on top of the Mt. Titlis summit station enjoy a leisurely walk stroll on the latest attraction at Mt.Titlis - The Cliff Walk. Later we proceed to the scenic town of Lucerne. Here visit the Lion Monument and the Kapell Bruce (wooden bridge). You can also shop for famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates. Tonight, after a delicious Indian dinner return back to your hotel. Spend overnight in Switzerland.
Post breakfast it's time to drive south through the Gotthard tunnel to make way for the most romantic city in the world. You will drive pass through mesmerizing lush green scenery around the lake regions of Lugano and Como. Upon arrival at the unparalleled beauty and romantic gondolas proceed towards the stunning Basilica of San Marco. The square is home to an enchanting museum and loads of beautiful cafés. Here we also have a chance to watch the Venetian glass blowers at work
Later check in and spend overnight in the hotel in Venice.
Once done with the breakfast, proceed for one of the ancient and most beautiful city in both Italy and World- Florence. The city is the birthplace of many men who have more profoundly influenced the course of human history in every field of knowledge, art, literature, and philosophy. Florence is also famous for world-artistic patrimony. On arrival, we visit Piazzale Michelangelo to enjoy one of the best views of this renaissance city across the River Arno. Later continue your journey to the ‘Eternal City’ and check into the hotel to spend overnight in Florence.
Post breakfast you are free to spend the day at leisure or you can choose an Optional excursion to visit Sistine Chapel. Here you can explore the splendours of the Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel. Its a large chapel in the Vatican City. It is renowned for its Renaissance art, especially the ceiling painted by Michelangelo, and attracts more than 5 million visitors each year.
Later, with the local guide visit St. Peter’s Basilica- the world's largest church which is the center of Christianity. The impressive structure was built one hundred years back by the greatest Italian architects of the era. In the afternoon, visit other ancient sights - Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum which was the political center of the Roman Empire, Colosseum, Circus Maximus and the remarkable Trevi Fountain where you may make a wish.
Later you are free to do shopping. As the day ends get back to the hotel to spend overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel set out for a fabulous trip through the fertile and scenic Tuscan countryside to the historic university city of Pisa- famous for its architectural beauty. Upon arrival under the guidance of an expert, start the walking tour of Piazza Dei Miracoli which makes up one of the entries on the list of 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Italy. You will also visit celebrated Leaning Tower from outside and Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. This will be followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral- an unrivaled masterpiece of Romanesque art constructed between the 11th and 12th centuries. You can take a pleasant walk to reach Piazza Dei Cavalieri to admire the historic Scuola Normale- one of the most famous universities in the world.
As the day ends, retire back to the hotel to spend overnight in Florence.
Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and set out to visit a French Perfumery to see a demonstration of how French perfumes are made. Later we visit Nice, where we see the main sights, including the Flower Market and the Promenade des Anglais- a fine stage for a stroll and also visit a sea-front avenue. Proceeding, we drive through the Provence of Cezanne and Van Gogh onto the Lyon area to check into our hotel for an overnight stay.
Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to make your way to one of the most exciting and popular cities of Europe- Paris. Upon arrival at the train station get transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Later in the evening, you have the option to visit Lido Show. The show ends around midnight. Spend overnight in Paris.
Paris can be seen as a fascinating city in Europe and probably even as one of the most cherished and visited city across the world. From all over the world avid explorers visit Paris to see and understand this fairy-like city. Paris is the city of love, inspiration, art and fashion. The night scene, the Eiffel tower and the warm atmosphere will give you the feeling of being at home. Paris has a lot of attention-grabbing architecture and museums to offer and is also a paradise for shopaholics.
Treat your taste buds to finger-licking breakfast and set out to explore the main sights of this beautiful city. The first spot for the tour is Hotel des Invalides is a complex of buildings containing museums and monuments, all relating to the military history of France. Next visit the most iconic of all French monuments- The Arc de Triomphe. It provides a glimpse into France’s social past as well as spectacular views of central Paris. You can also visit Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde and the Opera.
The third part of this tour will be a stop at the Eiffel Tower, where we will the 3rd floor of the Eiffel tower to have a memorable panoramic view of Paris city. We then continue the tour with our last stop at the Quai de la Bourdonnais and board a "Bateau Parisien" boat for a cruise on the River Seine. The cruise will last 1 hour wherein you will get to see the fascinating views of the city from the covered boat
Today after the lunch, it's time to say Au Revoir to this marvelous country which has offered you an experience of a lifetime. Head to the airport to board your flight back home. Hope you have had a great holiday!!
