Day 01 |
Arrival in the land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo international Airport you will be met and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative and escorted to your hotel. Optional dinner cruise with oriental show. Overnight in Cairo. |
Day 02 |
After breakfast, a scenic drive will take you to the pyramids and Sphinx of Giza which have stood for the last 5000 years. Continue to visit the Egyptian museum of Antiquities which includes the world’s largest collection of Pharonic artifacts and the treasures of Tutankhamen’s tomb. Overnight in Cairo. |
Day 03 |
After breakfast, drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit Mohammed Ali Alabaster mosque. Then proceed to Khan El Khalili, the largest 13th century covered oriental bazaar. Transfer to railway station to board your sleeper train to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board sleeper train. |
Day 04 |
Breakfast on board of sleeper train. Upon arrival to Luxor you will be met by our representative and transferred to your cruise boat to drop your luggage. Then proceed to visit Karnak and Luxor temples, a centuries old city of Pylons, Hypostyle halls, colossal statues, Shrines and Obelisks. Continue to visit the West Bank necropolis including Valley of Kings, Funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Overnight in Luxor. |
Day 05 |
Early morning sailing to Edfu via Esna enjoying the wonderful scenery and picturesque rural sights by the banks of the river Nile. Overnight in Edfu. |
Day 06 |
Travel by horse drawn carriages to the temple of Horus, the falcon god, in Edfu. This temple is considered the best preserved ancient temple and the second largest after the temple of Karnak. Sail to Kom Ombo where you will visit the Ptolemaic temple of Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Aswan and Overnight. |
Day 07 |
Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries with unfinished Obelisk and the temple of Philae. Sail on board a felucca, a typical Egyptian sailboat and view Kitchener’s botanical garden and Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight in Aswan. |
Day 08 |
Disembark after breakfast. (Optional Overday Abu Simbel by Car). Transfer to Aswan train station to board your sleeper train to Cairo. Dinner and Overnight on board of sleeper train. |
Day 09 |
Breakfast on board of sleeper train. Upon arrival to Cairo railway station, transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. |

Sleeper Train:
Has 13 sleeping cars each, which contains 10 double cabins and 02 bathrooms. Every Cabin has a connecting door with the next cabin, to be
used when needed. Cabins are equipped with basins, razor plugs, tap water, soap & towels. A luggage compartment is available on the top
of the door.
