My heartfelt appreciation and thanks to you and your entire team for impeccable arrangement and planning of our Singapore trip last month i.e May 15.
We were completely delighted with all the arrangements regarding Flight, Pick up and drop, Central and convenient location of Hotel and all other inclusions in the package. We got our money's worth completely during the trip and would certainly look forward to utilizing your services even in the future for our international holidays.
While hotel location was very convenient but hotel rooms/services could have been little better considering 3 star rating given to it. The room size and room services were not upto 3 Star standards. However, this was just a minor glitch in the overall delightful experience.
I am especially thankful to Deepika for keeping up with our endless queries & answering them satisfactorily with all the patience right from the time we started inquiring about packages till the time we did not reach Singapore. She was an absolute treat to deal with and epitomized hospitality completely.

Hope you are doing well. I would like to thank you and Gets Holidays for planning my vacation. Overall, the trip went great. There were some confusions/miscommunications during the time when VISA was applied but later all sorted out. I only had a problem with the hotel in Interlaken. I did not like the hotel property there and also the staff was not at all cooperative. Except that everything went great. Deepika, you were proactive at times which I really appreciated and communicated well throughout our interaction while signing the agreement, sending the office boy n picking up documents etc. A special mention for Mrityunjay ji also who was really cooperative and facilitated the process. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Gets Holidays. I would definitely opt for Gets Holidays and would want Deepika to plan my trip whenever I decide in future. Also would recommend my friends there. I already passed on a reference of my friend Amit who is planning to go to Mauritius.

The Trip planned by you was awesome.. Really liked the resort. The hospitality was also very cool. Wish that I had booked a bit earlier and would have got the water villas… But anyways the experience I and my Wife had will be cherished forever… It was well planned trip and we didn’t had any hiccups in the trip.. We reached back India on 10th early morning. The trip to Bangkok was very good all the arrangements were excellent. We reached Bangkok on 5th Jan., at around 1130AM and the visa formalities took more than 3hrs, the travel agent there was annoyed as she had to make special travel arrangement for us. The trip was well organized and we are looking forward for more tours through you in future also.

It was a pleasure booking my honeymoon travel with Gets Holidays!!

It was very economical and the service provided to us was fantastic from your side. Right from the planning to the execution.

The honeymoon destination that is Mauritius was fantastic and the hotel provided to us was very good. We just loved the experience there. The ambience was good and the hospitality was superb, couldn't ask for anything better.

The hotel was located in a very good area and we could see the view of the sea. The nearby vicinity was great and it was very much near to the bus stop and was near to Port Louis and the market as well.

The tour guide was superb and the 3 tours provided to us in the package ware marvelous. They were helpful as well.

We had a great experience with the over all tour.

Thank you again for the wonderful planning of our honeymoon and constant follow up by you.

Shall look forward for other destinations in the near future we well.

"Thanks" is a small word which does not express fully our feelings of gratitude for your detailed planning and the perfect execution of the honeymoon holiday for us. Nevertheless I start my feedback with a big "THANKS"

Initially I was very apprehensive as GETS Holidays is an online company and wanted to be doubly sure that the payment I would be making for the holiday would not go waste. I must mention here that Ridhi, was completely professional and never made any false promises about things she could not deliver which put my mind to ease that I was dealing with a very good company.

We made quite a few changes in the Itinerary before finalizing on the trip and Ridhi patiently suggested changes that would make our holiday better. Right from the time we landed at Penang airport, we had a very helpful driver who was waiting for us and showed us the place as if we were his friends. Really great service from the tour guides. In fact they were always on time for all the sight seeing tours and even the places we were taken for Indian dinners were excellent.

The view from the Grand seasons Hotel, at KL was too good and we could see the Petronas towers. The breakfast and dinner at this hotel was excellent. We had a great time at SIngapore too and agian here the tour operator of GETS holidays at Singapore was very good. Gave us no reason for any complaints.

Overall the service provided by GETS HOLIDAYS really deserves a 5 star rating and Ridhi you are really good at your work. A big god bless and we will be coming back to GETS HOLIDYAS for our next holiday,

Feedback on Thailand trip.. as discussed..
Overall we really enjoyed the thailand experience. It is a great country and lots of heritage and would love to go back again. The trip organisation was perfect and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go along.

Specific details-
Flights from Singapore to Thailand - Reception at Bangkok Airport and transfer to Pattaya - Excellent. - Very well organised and good instructions.

Accommodation in Pattaya - Good, just about expected standards. Good breakfast and swimming pool. Local sight seeing tours - Not bad, can be improved with adding few more places. [There are very nice temples around]

Pattaya as a tourist destination - Excellent. We hired a motorcycle and had a great run around the town. Very enjoyable. Great shopping.

Drop off to Airport - On time/ perfect.

I'm delighted to say that it was a wonderful trip !!

Everything was smooth & timely. The service & assistance provided by your agents was very good. They were helpful big time right from the time we arrived at Bangkok.

We also felt that the package you offered us was good & totally worth. The Hotel stay at Pattaya was awesome, but, the room at Bangkok was a little small. But anyways, we didn't bother much about it since it was just a budget holiday. The sightseeing & transfers were also impressive & timely. ( But unfortunately we got stuck on heavy traffic on the city tour of Bangkok)

We even visited Kuala Lumpur city on a Transit on the way back. The best part is that the Transit pass was free of cost. We took the KLIA express train to the city & from there a city tour by a taxi. :)

Overall, the holiday was really remarkable thanks to you guys. Extremely Satisfied !!!

Hotels  in Malaysia is very nice and completed the Malaysia tour without any issue.
The local transport provided in Malaysia was too good...
Returning back to Singapore from Genting was little delayed due to the heavy traffic and 
due to this some of the attractions could not be covered during half day city tour..

Most of the hotels except Madrid were very good. Service was very good.Over all they were 4 star standard hotels. One in Madrid, rooms were poor air condition,temp was high, hotel did not listen our complaints of high temp in room.

Breakfast Excellent Lunches very good except Morocco, most of lunches were boiled vegetables, Dinners excellent except Morocco ok dinners
Over all we are very satisfied for your the food selections.

Excellent
5.Drivers
Excellent except little communication problem in Madrid

guides Over all very good
We feel this vacation package was excellent, with few changes as mentioned.If we had tour guide all the time,this could be even better.
