	Reason	Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff is very co-operative. Good location. Grocery shops, internet cafe, china market, McDonalds, KFC, Subway, little India are at nearby distances, Good breakfast

	Reason	The rooms are quite small. Breakfast is average, but heavy rush in the hall. Internet charges are too high. Check in process was very late. The only satisfying thing is nice location with perfect ambience.

I came from the trip on yersterday ,everthing is perfect in Singapore and Bali.the hotel which you had provided to us they are very good and beautiful locations situated,their servises are too good.

In hotel Park royal in Singapore they provide a very good Indian breakfast ,which really gives the satisfactions to us ,your vehicle sevises are very good the transporation is on time always

I really appreciated your servises in Bali too,they really provide the good tour guide and very good vehicle to see all the places in Bali.

As I called and informed you on Friday that we had a fantastic trip to Thailand. We did not face any adverse situation like flood etc. in any where we went in Bangkok or Pattaya, however, as I understand from the locals there that flood has affected the northern part of Bangkok and further up in other provinces, central Bangkok, where we stayed was absolutely dry and not affected at all, life is very normal there.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you personally and Getsholidays for planning and organizing this second fantastic Thailand trip in consecutive years. It was terrific. Both the hotels we stayed, Siam Bayview hotel in Pattaya and Presidents Palace Hotel in Bangkok were excellent in all aspects, facilities, services and locations as well. Especially I will strongly recommend Presidents Palace hotel, Deluxe rooms above 15th.floor were fantastic.

Pankaj, we are happy to have built a good rapport with Getsholidays, hope now that trust is built, we will be looking forward for many holidays and other services from getsholidays.

Sorry for the the tardy response but it has been only today that I could think straight, I did'nt realize I would be so jet lagged.

Thank you for a wonderfully organized trip, right from the word go. Our stay, courtesy Gets Holidays was very comfortable and a memorable experience. Both Hampton inn and comfort inn were good, I just wish we had one more day in New York. I still need to sort out pictures and will send you some as soon as I do that.

It has been a great experience working with Samir, Roopsi and you. Thank you for everything.
